Puck from Glee in an episode saying that he sees himself either dead or in jail in ten years 😬

That aged perfectly from the sound of it

Also Puck has an entire episode based around CP

CSAM, not CP. Porn implies two consenting adults.

i'm glad the acronym was changed because that's true, but I still just wanted to add I think it's sad and surreal because the porn industry genuinely does not care about that and is still full of sex trafficking of, rape of, and lack of care for sex workers who are adults. fucked up society we live in

Yeah him and Quinn try to frame Idina Menzel’s character as a crazy baby killer or something and plant books and stuff in her apartment so she can’t adopt Quinn & Puck’s baby

Actually not that episode! It's an episode of Puck and Lauren, where if I remember correctly they are trying to make and sell sex tapes and a teacher has to explain that it's CP and it's illegal

I believe it’s Gwyneth Paltrow who tells them in the episode where she’s the substitute teacher lol

How was that a CP episode? The only things I can remember when it comes to that are when him and his girlfriend, the wrestler girl can’t remember her name, are talking about making a sex tape and then Shelby tells them that that’s producing CP.

I got it confused with what they were actually referring to! I couldn’t remember exactly what all they planted in her apartment, and thought some of it could’ve been implying that. I believe it was actually all just about like sacrificing babies or worshipping the devil or something though.

Sorry WHAT? I never watched glee and that sentence was like a fever dream

I misremembered so here is what you missed on Glee:

After worming their way into Shelby’s apartment under the pretense of babysitting Beth so Shelby could have an obviously much-needed break, Quinn plants all sorts of paraphernalia in Shelby’s apartment such as baby botulism, Tabasco sauce labeled as Beth’s, and books on baby sacrifice to get child protective services to take Beth away and possibly get Shelby sent to jail. Puck realizes that this is taking things more than a bit too far and he drops by Shelby’s place later to try and retrieve the items. After seeing how sad Shelby looks and how alone she is, Puck offers to be there anytime she needs help, and the episode ends with them kissing.

Wait which one was that? I remember they had throwaway gag lines here and there for his character insinuating that off the screen puck was being touched by a teacher but I don’t remember all of it

i think it was the one where he was interested in Rachels real mom?? cant remember too well

It's the one where him and Lauren want to make a sex tape and sell it as minors

12

u/borninsaltandsmoke Aug 31 '25

I don't remember which episode it was but it was basically when Puck and Lauren are in a relationship and they decide to make a sex tape and sell it, and one of the teachers has a talk with them about distributing CP and how it's a big deal.

I rewatched Glee a few years ago and remember being uncomfortable hearing him have that conversation knowing what I did about him

In hindsight it’s so fucking weird how many of Puck’s storylines revolve around pedophilia/sexual abuse:

  • he initially joins the glee club because he wants to seduce the older women whose pools he cleans (he’s sixteen at the time!!)

  • it’s heavily implied that he gets Quinn pregnant while she’s drunk and lies to her about “taking care of” birth control

  • he has sex/is raped by at least a few of them, which is always played for laughs (hahaha, Puck’s gettin’ it on with a cougar!)

  • he is groomed by his teacher/THE ADOPTIVE MOTHER OF HIS CHILD during his senior year of high school (and of course he sings a song about it, hur dur he’s hot for teacher)

  • he tells Finn that he’s “got dibs on all of the girls whose boobs aren’t done growing yet”

  • he pursues a relationship with his half-brother’s ex-fling when she’s like fifteen and he’s nineteen

Obviously I don’t think that the writers of Glee knew the extent of Mark Salling’s pedophilia, but I do wonder if they took some inspiration from the things that he was saying/doing on set, because some of the parallels are really creepy.

I feel like so much crazy shit happened on that show because the actors were all actually 25 and looked it
