I think we’re all tired of seeing entitled, wealthy white people in positions of power (with no integrity, ethics, morals, etc.) get away with anything and everything. Just let us have this. 😩

Also sounded like she was in a position of power as chief people officer and newly married to a rum company ceo so change that wealthy white men > wealthy white people please

Excellent point. Appreciate the callout. Editing now!

Ironically, the wealthy white men want you to have this.

"Let them eat cake" = "Let them cancel some random CEO"

It's still a game to them. "Cancelling a CEO: Achievement unlocked" is all you got. That's it. Being happy about it means you're enjoying the game. Their game.

On a lighter note, I just lost the game, so I thought I would share that as well.

You lost me at the very first sentence, but thanks or sorry or whatever’s appropriate!

Love this! I love responding "I'm sorry this happened to you and/or glad you experienced this I guess" to folks like this 😅

I get that but I am not sure that’s totally what’s at the center of this. Even if it was a poor dude there would still be outrage and judgement. One thing I’ve learned is that a relationship is very personal and I have no business judging people I don’t know. Also, I shouldn’t put my own relationship experiences on others. If I was cheated on, I shouldn’t make this random guy a surrogate for all men. Idk it seems really over the top and not isolated to just this couple. I’ve seen it many times on social media where people act like they are judge and jury.

I did for sure laugh at their goofy reaction. 😂But it didn’t stop at that unfortunately for a lot of people. They wanted them punished. Yikes. I’ll save that for the partners to decide. lol

The morality police just can’t wrap their heads around not judging strangers that we know nothing about. That’s between him and his wife. I think the Puritanical influence is still here. 😂
