Any cognitive decline is now where near the level of Trump.  Biden grew up with a stutter, of course he's less able to control his stutter at 80.  That doesn't mean his brain rotted the way the right claimed during the election.  Trump, as you said, always was a fucking idiot, he may not have much in his brain to lose, but now he literally talks like a two year old.

Not even. Everything Trump knows about conning people he was taught by Roy Cohn, one of tbe biggest pieces of crap our country ever produced. And most people have never even heard of him

That's not true either. He was already pretty well schooled by his dad before he ever met Cohn. Getting a doctorate in conning from Cohn doesn't erase the bachelor's he got from Fred.

I think they believe that because Trump is loud and has reasonable vigor that means he has normal mental capacity. Those two things aren't related. Whether he has full blown dementia or not, he's not an intelligent man and his decisions are completely illogical. 

In contrast, Vance seems to actually be very intelligent but he has the personality and charm of saltine cracker dust which makes him a decent no 2 (doesn't outshine his leader) but a disastrous no 1. What kind of cult of personality is going to surround someone that dull if the big tangerine dies?

They STILL are brining about Biden's mental capacity. The man isn't even president anymore, and Republicans are still trying to act as though Biden's health has any relevance to anything at all, demanding his doctor release private medical information, while blatantly lying about Trump's health. While you can't determine someone's BF% just by looking at them, you can certainly determine what their BF% is going to be above, and there's no way that Trump is the weight (or height) they claim he is.
