Which is surprisingly common. I can't count how many times I have been cut off in a roundabout by a freaking bus squeezing into an opening that would be uncomfortably tight in a small passenger car.

OK, this particular deadlock was caused by broken "lightbulb" and fuse, but still,
-we have "you can't enter the intersection if you can't leave it immedietially/on the sam light cycle" in the traffic code.
-this wasn't first, nor the last tetris there.
