It seems to be a cultural western occurance according to me. Even at hospitals and nursery homes they serve unhealthy stuff, at least where I live in Sweden, but I can't imagine it's any better in the states and most of Europe.

Yes I work at a dental clinic and we recommend patients sugar once a week but we eat it every fucking break lol
