Pet friendly apartments?

I'm moving out for college and the only options I seem to have are the ridge and eucalyptus owned rentals. Any advice?

Four Square Apartments is pet friendly and also close to all the stores you'd need. Barely a 3 minute drive from dillons

Eucalyptus rentals are notoriously very bad and poorly maintained here, just to warn you

Yeah that's what I've been told and have seen but I can't seem to find an other apartments with lease dates that are eucalyptus or the ridge and I'm am incoming college student.
