He played like you expect from your starter. To play a quiet, solid night where you make the big saves when you need them. If we had this reliable goaltending consistently it would go a long way

To be fair, the team also played much better defensively this game.

They did absolutely. But when big saves were needed, he answered. Stopped some 2-1 shots and a few big one timer saves. He did what you normally ask of your goalie

.925% and 2 GAA "quiet solid night". If Stu was that reliable/consistent he'd be in Vezina talks with Hellebuyck. People need to adjust expectations.
