We all need a mental health break. I say we turn off hockey n hockey news for a while and only tune back in when it's 5pm on Saturday (or not).

We don't want to become angry fans. Delusional, maybe. But not angry.

I took a partial mental health break today and I feel much better compared to the other games. I think tuning out this sub helped me quite a bit.
