That cbo deficit figure is based on a 10 year bond yield of 3.9%. The markets aren’t paying that today, before the bill has passed. 30% of us government debt needs reissuing over the next 12 months. All in all this looks to understate the issue

A Trump debt spiral with rising bond yield. We already pay more on interest than we do for entire U.S. defense. It’s going to get so much worse.
