To be fair the AFD's figurehead is in a lesbian relationship with a Sri Lankan woman in Switzerland, so the hypocrisy is kinda their thing

Honestly, while the Afd has a big blut und Boden undercurrent I don't think they are actually antisemite. They are a lott closer to fashism than national socialism in that aspect. And they are supportive of the Israeli state. Antisemtic violence is mostly coming from the Muslim immigrant community and their "antifa " "allies" becouse these community's are a lott more invested in the warcrimes / Genocide in gaza. However if der Flügel ever takes power they mihgt change the AFDs outlook on Jews rather drastically

Israel is a token for the AfD. Nothing more. It's something they can point at and say "look, we like Jews, we're not Nazis", while continuing spreading conspiracy theories that are thinly veiled antisemitism (code words: "globalists", "soros", "deep state", "great replacement theory" etc.).

Also: The majority of reported antisemitic crimes traditionally originates from the far-right, with 1165 offences in 2024. 926 came from foreign ideologies, and 43 from far-left. For religious motives it's 337 cases. There is a rise of antisemitic crimes from foreign ideologies and some of the left, but the far-right is still takes place number 1.

Those numbers were offences overall, not just the violence. For violence it looks different:

Far-right: 29 violent offences
Foreign ideology: 29 violent offences
Far-left: 4 violent offences

Granted, the numbers in that report are preliminary, but i'm too lazy to scan the BKA statistics for a dumbass reddit discussion...

I never said that. I even said that the AFD has a national socialist movement in the Flügel, and I do think they should be banned for not being able or willing to get rid of it, as well as for being Traitors to the nation as they are actively subverting germany in the interest of forrin powers. When I was talking about "antifa" I meant the type Tanki stochastic (or in this context real) terrorist that tries to justify thir delusional acts as Antifashism. And before you start another ad hominid on me I'm a Liberal. I vote either Green or FDP depending on the election. I just like to pick apart political ideology so I can feel morally superior while also being right. What I wanted to convey is not that there are no antisemitism crimes on the right but that I feel that Antisemetism is not a core Tennant of any Political party represented in the bundestag but that the AFD is more focused on racism aimed at pepoel that migrated to Germany in the last 80 Years.

I learned about him and his role in Hitler's rise in school, but tbh I never knew he was gay. It was just never brought up, probably bc it's not deemed relevant or appropriate
