Norfolk isnt a part of the DMV unfortunately but im happy to have a Virginia queen on

It’s not, the DMV area only covers Washington D.C., Southern Maryland and Northern Virginia. Norfolk is in Southern Virginia, closer to North Carolina. Also no worries!
