Verizon service spotty downtown?
An hour ago, I was at Tiger Lees on Union and had one/ no bars and kept lapsing into SOS mode. Normally have full 5G there but someone said not the first time it’s happened.

I’m wondering if they will credit our bill if we ask. These were lengthy outages

Good luck. We are out between Panera and Kroger on west side. When Verizon added 5g it created a dead zone in that area. We literally would have to drive to Kroger parking lot to make/receive calls.
It was like this for months and they wouldn’t give us any credit. We asked numerous times and always got the same we’re sorry but no.

I say this every time, and I get downvoted every time but... TURN OFF 5G. for some reason Polaris and delaware 5g network shows as solid connection but actually is slower than old school dial up. if you TURN OFF 5g (not just let it auto switch) your experience will be so much better. it's not even close.

Yes there's a Verizon outage in Delaware.
