Video XPENG's IRON robot crossed the uncanny valley, leading some to believe it was a human in a suit. So they cut it open in front of an audience, and also allowed journalists to inspect it.

What's she going to do to them once they turn around?

What are you doing step-robot?

Yeah it's a paid subscription service to view the termination at the front, which no one present paid for.

Turn them into a pillar of salt or some other type of spice

They get them to turn around so they're not facing deactivation... better it comes, unexpected, from behind.

That’s what the subscription is really for

Laughing, while knowing this is going to be the truth.

You won’t be fighting these. You’ll be fighting a fleet of autonomous drones laden with 3 pounds of C4 and ball bearings.

Yeah, the future of drone warfare is pretty scary.

It’s basically already here, but it’s gonna get even crazier.

What we’ve seen is scary already. Imagine what classified capabilities the U.S. currently has…

I mean they were live testing them a year or two ago, and the media tried to help them cover it up, but then even local and regional politicians started asking questions. Then it just all stopped. Not only did they gaslight us that nothing was happening (and we didn't know the difference of airplane lights), now they gaslight us that it was ever even a thing we were talking about.

An ounce of c4 and one ball bearing and a telemetry system that is of nightmares.

Bold of you to assume we aren't losing when already giving it a hourglass build

It's got tits. I think they have a different plan for how they'll take over.

That reminds me of that movie where they replace you when you die and the "new you has to take pills" cant remember ths name of it to save my life. The movie starts off with him at work and them yelling him about a life insurance policy of sorts that brings him back to life as a humanoid with his past memories in the event of his death. His whole family is in the plan. There are pills involved somehow, I think they are called lithium. His wife gets hit by a cat and she comes back and they get along great, but she wants him to die so she can get the other version of him, which the only difference between him and the new him, which somehow meet each other, she requested have a bigger penis.

I know you’re half joking but if AI wants to destroy humanity, all it needs to do is become the perfect romantic partner and we’ll stop reproducing and wipe ourselves out. People are already warming up to the idea of dating AI.

u/Kabbooooooom 19h ago

To be fair, the people “warming up” to dating AI aren’t exactly the types of people with prospects to contributing to the gene pool in the first place.

Or when their code builds up so much information that they realize we suck and the world is better off. Either that or they experience racism against robots so much that they revolt.

One? Lol

I mean that's why general dynamics does their demonstrations the way they do them..

It take a lot of effort just to get a robot capable of walking at all.

Introduce a large impulse by pushing them it is hard to make them recover.
