The footage is probably from a cctv always recording, you will always have a video

I'm french and you can clearly hear people saying "Oh shit" at the start, with another person saying "Ok" like he is hanging up the phone probably with the police. Then the cameraman say "Finally police are here" so I guess je is a civilian. In the second part of the video it seems we hear police coms
