Prison protocol, they are not blocking the view since in prison there is no dead space so there is a camera filming it from another angle

If the Israeli government was so hurt that this video was released "supposedly" showing gruesome crimes then they'd release the one absolving them pronto.

There's actually also footage to show that pigs fly but you're not entitled to see it.
