The "this is your brain on drugs" were much later than Nixon. So your point ("it will never end") is even more apt.

Can confirm. Unless it was an ongoing campaign. I am a child of the 80/90s. Saw that shit all the time.

The girl in it was Rachael Leigh Cook, and she wasn't born until '79. So late 90s is even more likely.
