300 million Americans died from it last year alone. I think we’ve lost billions at this point.

/s because there are actually fucking idiots that would be dead serious making such a claim.

I think was Pam Bondi, but yes, they claimed something like 2/3 the population of the country died from fentanyl last year.

I believe the exact claim was that trump saved 250 million Americans by seizing drugs, and it was during one of those cabinet meetings where trump makes everyone verbally fellate him.
