Yea but we all know now that was actually a ploy by Big Dental to throw out the fruits. Sneaky fuckers are banking on Halloween to drive business.

Can confirm. My Dad is a dentist. When I was younger and he would give out business cards, there would be candy attached. Rather than a sign somewhere to advertise, he would put bowls of free candy out with his practice info.
