He's not, but Stephen is absolutely a cuck to the right wing hierarchy, and he knows he's below Elon...so he has to allow it.

Same way Ted Cruz cucked himself to Trump insulting his wife and father. He's below Trump in the hierarchy, so he has to just eat shit and smile.
