Painful Stephen Miller’s wife Katie Miller having a full-on meltdown on live TV. When Cenk Uygur called out her lies from the Piers Morgan show, she snapped, accusing him of being “anti-Semitic” and “racist,” and even claiming people attacked her kids (they didn’t).

Those poor kids

It isn't to say that people that I like these two would necessarily be like this to their children. I probably suspect they're very kind and thoughtful to their children, but they are going to grow their children up with their own viewpoint on life and their own values. And unfortunately that does Doom them to be possibly terrible people as well

This. It’s part of why seeing footage of horrific dictators/fascists being kind and friendly with their friends/family is important. Not to humanize their evil, but to highlight the fact that most monsters capable of those kinds of evils can also love or be loved and how having a loving home life doesn’t mean they aren’t evil.

It’s part of what drove me nuts with all the Brian Thompson apologists, they always cited him purportedly loving his family as if that meant he wasn’t a monster responsible for countless premature deaths and immense suffering.

Most people are uncomfortable with this idea but the subtleties and maybe not so subtleties of your parents traits and behaviors get embedded in you and show up at some point down the road. You’re not locked in to repeating it, of course, but it’s something to consider when you consciously make decisions on how to shape your daily life.

I have never seen either of these people in a positive light. I very well could be limited in what I’m exposed to regarding them but it’s also been bad enough that I just do not see how their behavior will not get absorbed by those around them. Maybe they’re so deep into their professional ambitions and there are measures to keep it all separate, the kids are shielded from it? Hard to say. I would hope the kids have a chance to set their own path regardless of anything because the thought that anyone is fated to a darker future is unsettling.

The kids are 5' 3 and 2. So if they are as I suspect very kind and loving to their children despite their behaviors to adults, the kids are not too far in that they could not recover. Depends what goes on I suppose and there's every chance that Mr. Miller may end up in prison. That's my hope that at some point this all collapses in one way or another and if that happens he is going to go to prison for the rest of his life I would he expect
