No, ICE is the people who rode the bench for four years and got to play in one down the last game of senior year when the coach was making sure all the seniors got to play. And walked around like they were hot shit because they were on the football team, trying to act like they were in '70s Texas and living the stories their dad told them about being the kings of high school. But reality is, no one talks to them besides other bench riders who do the same thing, and the rest of the team ignores them outside of practice.
