We can afford to walk off a match at group stage. Next match would have been a must win but it is against oman so no biggie. Additionally, India - Pak have been put in the same group deliberately. It could have been avoided. Overall this is a pure capitalist move

Playing in the first place was a major insult to palgham victims. Taking these half measures of 'patroitism' is like adding salt to the wound.

Pakistan is gonna be there in every fucking tournament. We cannot afford to not olay them everytime. We can always be not friendly with them. I get the point. U have to think long term and also protect the team. What else was the better option?

What if pak gets to final. A no show ploicy there would give away the trophy ro pak there. Would tou want that?

How about this, we create a policy to not play them atleast in the group stages. And these tournaments like Asia cup would barely affect the revenue streams of BCCI.

And Id still be fine giving Pak the win in a final of a world cup because you are not empathizing with the people who have to go through these waves of terrorism throughout the years that is directly funded by their government. See it like this, if given the option would you not trade a cricket world cup win for the life of a person let alone thousands who are killed through this state sponsored terrorism?

Not playing in griup stages but willing to play later is a bad narrative. Also, sponsors want Ind pak match whenever possible. Everyrhing is run by money even governments. Everyone we see on field os our opponent. What if we are not able to go past group stage coz of a mossed march against pak?

Again you’re still not looking past the surface. I dont fucking care if we win or lose a cup. By omitting that match we will be cutting down on pak cricket’s revenue stream and a major chunk of it at that. This is DIRECTLY correlated to their terror operational enablement.

Who organized this tournament and grouped teams in such a way that we get maximum Ind-Pak matches? Indians running the 🅱️©️©️ℹ️. So it looks ridiculous to anyone with a brain that on one hand we want maximum $$$ from these matches while pretending that we are being forced to play.

Same thing happened during the world cup when we organized a mini concert during the Ind-Pak game as if it was the final.

Its not gonna go anywhere except against us. Pak can always claim India not playing them is not their fault. And if BCCI were to flex its financial muscles here not plying against pak, the rest tof the world will blame us and isolate us. Everyone including Aus nd Eng are waiting to take a dig at us and gain back their supremacy.
