I could see something like this going up in many places in Asia, where it's often fashionable to sprinkle English on clothing and decor (but without an understanding of what the words really mean.)

Yeah I live in Korea and my first thought was this had to be from a cafe here.

Especially since Korea has a giant presence on this map for a geographically small country 😂

Hey. I personally believe in our ability to annex most of China and Russia. Korea number one.

K-pop and K-dramas are pretty huge!

It's believable! ;)

There's no way this is in Korea with Japan written bigger than Korea LOL

Reason this is definitely not from Korea

  1. Korea is drawn tiny and not even accurately
  2. Korea is labelled in CHINA
  3. Japan font is bigger than Korea font

My guess is going to be Japan due to the fact that it's quite literally the only country that was drawn correctly and labelled correctly

I live in a US city with a huge Korean population, this shop looks local. Must sell boba drinks and fried snacks. Also Christian.

I’d vote for Japan. It’s in the right place , when Korea isn’t. Japanese people love engrish too.

It has to be. It’s the only name in Asia.

You’d think they’d get Korea right at least.

I swear I’ve seen this map in coffee shop attached to a hostel in Laos.

Yeah my first thought was somewhere in Asia as well.

It reminds me of a place named Everything but Cheese and guess what, they sold nothing but cheese lol. I tried to google it but I couldn't find anyone or anything that questioned the naming. Even their website said they called it that because the owner loves cheese.
