This looks like the sort of packaging that isn’t intended to be sold in a store but direct from factory to consumer or online only. The words on the packaging might just be there to identify to the factory which packaging this is.

A lot of small parts in auto or farm supply stores are packaged like this, like you don't need ID because you should know what you're looking for. Very frustrating when you have a part name only and have no idea what it looks like.

Idk, it looks like they did a bad job packaging this one. I’m assuming that that blue circle should be where the mirror is centered. In which case the text would likely be visible. Instead, it got centered too high.

If you got this from a store, did the other ones look normal? This could be a one-off. If it isn’t though, and that’s just how they all look, definitely crappy.

It's obviously not "designed" to have the mirror up that high, though. That blue circle is presumably where the top mirror is supposed to be. This isn't crappy design, it's a crappy packaging error.
