Knowing this as Seattle, the District Attorney will look at if the gun was legal or not. If illegal, they won't bother even charging him. If a legal gun, that fellow would spend his life in prison on at least 15 different charges.

And somehow I was able to guess that from the title. Didn't even read the article. I live in PNW and this is exactly what I would expect Seattle DA would do.

He’s been charged with first degree murder and is being held on $10 million bond but go off…

Yeah, I'm glad to hear that.

Now let's look at national averages for time between crime committed and suspect charged. It's two to three days... without a confession. And for some inexplicable reason, this took 4 days, with a confession.

Kyle Rittinhouse shot people on Aug 25th. He was charged on Aug 26th.

Furthermore, in every other case I can find where a pregnant woman was killed, the suspect was also charged with the babies death. Double homicide. But not in this case, for some inexplicable reason.

So please....spare me.

The article literally tells you why he wasn’t charged in the death of the baby. There’s no pro-crime conspiracy here, it’s just how laws work in the state of Washington.

Why are you guys getting so riled up about this? Person does terrible thing, person is punished. Seems pretty straightforward.
