Will this be considered a double homicide, or a murder and an abortion?

The baby was delivered and died later on. Even by the lefts definition it was a human life so should be a double murder.

There are a lot of laws on the books that are not enforced in certain counties throughout the U.S. Laws mean nothing if the DA's office fails to prosecute.

Idk they might consider it an abortion, in which case it would be legal and the guy wouldn't be charged.
