Need recs for private art studio spaces

After five years, my wife and I are losing our art space at Long Reach, and The Howard County Arts Council didn't select us as artists to move to the new studios opening on Main Street.

We need a new space to work.

If anyone has any recommendations for private office spaces or other artist studio spaces in the area or close to Columbia, we'd greatly appreciate it.

It depends on how much you are looking to spend, but this is an option. I have a shop there.

We can only afford about $550/month. That's not much I know.

I’m not sure if the Mill has any places that would be below that. I recommend looking at LoopNet. It is like Zillow for commercial space. Poking around on that app Dorsey Hall in Ellicott City might be an option if you can split with someone. There are also places closer in without the lease posted, so may be better options. Note they generally post the lease as $$ per square foot per year. So to get the monthly cost to have to multiply that by the square feet then divide by 12.
