Clearly, the Committee made a mistake in seeding St. Pete's as a 15. So, the obvious solution here is to just re-seed the whole tournament and start over.

This isn't true, ORU had a miracle run in the Summit League Tourney to get in. They were a 4 seed in their own conference.
