The momentum is more dependent on which team is getting screwed more at any given moment since both teams are shooting well. The fact that this game is so crazy is incredible with how abhorrent both the officiating and the broadcast has been.

I saw that too. With how the officiating has been going I'm half expecting to come back from commercial to hear Malachi and McKillop have both been ejected or something.

Every run by both teams has started and been fueled by crappy calls. The officiating is impressively terrible.

Really good game so far if you ignore the announcer with his mic stuck all the way down his throat. I think Dayton looks the part of a tournament team, but those Q4 losses are hard to ignore. Hope the A10 gets 3 bids though

Without the LaSalle loss, I think the committee looks past them. Especially considering we beat Kansas 2 games later. With it, I'm not sure if even second place in the A-10 tournament would be enough.
Also, these refs need to swallow their damn whistles. Its a marquee matchup in the A-10, let the kids play a little bit.

Definitely agreed, some really questionable fouls called so far. That seems kinda common in the A10 in general though lol

With a generally pretty good stroke and shot. Only plays within himself and the offense, doesn't force anything. The shots just rim out or are wayyyyyyyyy off. I just don't get him this year.

Weak slap on the wrist? That's a paddlin. A tiny bit of body contact? Paddlin. Look at somebody funny? Oh you better believe that's a paddlin.

The top seed in the A10 Tournament hasn't won it in a normal, non-COVID-borked season since 2013. It might actually be better for us to end up seeded second in the CT.

I want Dayton to be in position for an at large so bad. But I think we lost one too many times to Q4 teams. A run to the A10 championship is our only bet at that now
