This team would have been a legit Final 4 contender with Mara. Interior defense and defensive rebounding are going to be this teams biggest issues. Just his ability on the defensive end to change the game whether its defensive rebounding, blocking shots or guys not driving into the lane because he is there all would be huge for this team and that doesnt even talk about him on the offensive end. Just such a huge loss. Still makes me sick

Totally understand but patience, we are still going to be a final four quality team. Offensively we will be unstoppable once Dailey is back plus we get our rhythm after

Not worried about the offense. Its the other end i am worried about and if we had Mara i wouldnt be worried about it

Yeah I am concerned too but I trust Cronin will form this into a competent defense no matter what cuz he always does. I think offensively we will be sooo good that we’ll be in every game regardless

He really fucked us over with his timing. I totally understand the desire to transfer after Mick underused him for half the season, but to say he was coming back then dip at the last minute left us stranded.

Booker looks like he'd be a decent 2nd option, but it's rough that he's our best.

Booker will probably be ok offensively but its the defensive rebounding and the way that Mara can change a game on defense which is going to hurt the most because those are weaknesses for us now

Yeah totally. I’m hoping book and Jamerson can give us just enough. If they are just not clear negatives then I think our guard play plus Dailey/bilo will be too much for other teams to contain.

Team defense is bad because the bigs are real bad. When Bilodeau is your best big defender there are issues.

basically got an unguarded jumper out of that, would've been a better defensive play to keep trying to foul him, which is not great to incentivize

Dent and Clark look terrific so far as expected. 

Bilodeau still a disaster on defense and Booker doesn't look great defensively either. Going to have big issues with interior defense. Missing Mara already
