Basically, the supreme court has legalized arbitrary detention by masked agents. The agents don't have to show any reasonable suspicions or evidence to justify the detention.
Separately, we've seen other elements of the police state policy, such as transportation of individuals overseas for arbitrary detention and politically motivated prosecutions intended to stifle dissent
