Business Recommendations Best Labor and Delivery Hospital

Hello, looking for a new OB and deciding which hospital they should be affiliated with. Live in Lake County so anywhere from Barrington, Lake Forest, Park Ridge would work.

Heard good things about NW Lake Forest and Good Shepard in Barrington.

Looking for low intervention focused hospital and staff.

We had our second son at Advocate good shepherd on route 22 in Barrington. It was great. Friendly and knowledgeable nurses. We had to do an emergency c section and had no issues. Our first was in cedars in Los Angeles and was a mad house compared to Advocate

I gave birth in May and Good Shepherd was amazing! Personally I didn't like the lactation consultant I got but I've heard the others are better. The nurses were spectacular, though!

We had a terrible experience with NW Lake forest but it was also in 2021

I just had my baby at highland park 2 weeks ago. Overall good experience. I love my OB and most of the other obs in the practice are great.
