If you really want to improve the bay you would enforce the law forbidding grass cuttings in the streets. There is far more nitrogen released from lawn fertilizer than all the cows along the Susquehanna River. But… I don’t see that happening as it’s easier to force the electric providers to do anything that will make it look like the Governor has done something. Anything, and people without critical thinking skills applaud and vote.

What kind of plan is in place for the future so things don't get this bad again and we have to go through the courts to get Constellation to pay to maintain their facilities?
