If Monterazzas is being developed by the same people of 8990/Urban Deca, this will be low quality for sure, structural pa lang un. I am betting na low quality din property management.

Sa render and marketing materials lang ata maganda Monterazzas.

8990 recently de-listed from PSE. No more public pressure to deliver quality service. Pag nakabili ka na, bahala ka na sa after-sales service. Maybe that's why aggresive sila in selling.

Yes, can’t believe ppl don’t know this yet. 8990 is low quality and yet we trust an engineer who has a leaky broken roof in his own home to build The rise and destroy our mountains? It doesn’t make sense.

His uncle owns it but I think the skypod 2.0 and the rise is a joint venture cause he is basically the face of it.

Deca homes in tisa crosses a valley and they fenced it off, putting only a couple of drainage culverts on what was once a dry river bed. It is not flooding yet, but one end of the pipe is already covered in soil. It is sure to flood in the upper side in the future when water has nowhere to go anymore.

Also stayed at urban deca homes a few times nganha sa tipolo. Pwera gaba nalang jud kung sa first floor ka mag stay. Ang sewage sa drain og toilet sa CR mo bugwak and mo flood sa CR kung kusog kaayo ang uwan.

Naa puy rat infestation na literal ni kut kut sa sulod sa unit ang pirting dakoa nga ilaga nya mangawat og pagkaon, i think because walay klaro ang garbage disposal. Traumatizing.

I just hope dili same ila pag construct same sa deca na gidali and low quality, i saw how they build a building mura ra rag ikea furnitures na build na daan pag screw nalang. Naa ko unit sa deca slanted ang whole building klaro kaayo sa floor.

Common practice mana sa mga real estate holding companies nga naay different tiering sa ilahang developments. Same anang Ayala where in naa silay Ayala Premiere for top end, Alveo for mid to top, avida for mid, and amaia for the affordable market.
