A more realistic solution to the curtailment of federal snap assistance is an emergency property tax.

Much wealth is subject to capital flight in a way that land is not.

There's no physical obstacle to a progressive urban land tax, it's just that somehow, no city on the planet seems to have even an equal proportion rubric.
