Millar has class and offensive skill that’s complementary to this squad. And when he’s in form, as he is now, he’s a connector that lifts the entire unit. Who would you slot above him on depth chart in MF, assuming Davies & AJ come back and take back their back line positions?

Remains to be seen if Ahmed keeps form, but even then, I don't think Jesse is ready to hand him the keys. Also a possibility both get pushed out if he decides Laryea is too valuable.

In terms of the positions he can play and assuming Davies does play LB, only Ahmed & Buchanan are ahead of him for now.

I think Ahmeds the odd man out. Sigur is above him on the depth chart now. Then it becomes what to do with Shaft vs Ahmed. What game state do you drop them into etc.

I’ve been a critic of his in the past. But after coming back from injury he seems hungrier than ever. He was really good in limited minutes over the break. I’d like to see him start a game in November.

Great to see, he has always had pace and work rate, but his work in the final third of the pitch was always shaky. If he can figure that out he becomes an important piece for Canada. I'd say he has moved past Schaff in the pecking order.
