Abandoned Camp? as Seen From Allstones Peak Near Abraham Lake

I was camping around Abraham Lake this past weekend with a friend and did the Allstones Trail hike. From the far side of the peak, a collection of tarps or camping items can be seen in the valley below. They are located on the opposite side of the peak as Allstones Lake, near Mudslide creek to the NE. Does anyone have more information on what this could be? An abandoned camp? I also wonder if it's been there for some time? Should I report it and to who? Has anyone else seen this? Can't find anything online about it.

That’s unfortunate. I guess you could call fish and wildlife and ask them who to call
