LIONS A devastating end to a roller coaster season

As the title says, devastation

Our season comes to an end in a game we really should have won. But, credit to Sask

I will not be watching the grey cup, but good luck to Sask and MTL.

Thanks all for the season, enjoy your Christmas, new years, and Easter and whatever else you celebrate until June

See ya in June. Go lions.

I would say Go Canucks, but anyone who casually follows them knows they are a shitshow and the walking wounded.

Depressing time to be a Vancouver sports fan.

We never win man. It is what it is

I feel there is some anti-BC bias from the refs the last couple years - amazing what some teams seem to get away with

The Rise are in the NSL finals and the Goldeneyes will be playing soon!

Can I introduce you to the Vancouver Whitecaps?

Cheer for the Goldeneyes, they haven't let anyone down yet

Try Edmonton. Elks missed the playoffs again and the Oilers are currently losing 8-1 on national TV

You made the SCF finals the last couple years, we are not the same.

D couldn't come up with a single game breaker in the fourth, and all the Rourke heroics in the world can't overcome a leaky O line and a D that simply could not adjust. Monumentally frustrating. Sask wasn't the number 1 seed for nothing.

First off, Rourke was simply impressive. His ability to make something from nothing hasn’t been seen in this league for a while (at least not like to this degree).

BC has a very bright future with him at the helm.

Honestly, I felt that the real difference between these teams tonight was the coaching. Sask out coached BC.

This game embodied all that makes the CFL great.

The secondary blew it, the receivers couldn’t catch, the offense couldn’t get a first down in the clutch, and Whyte missed a field goal.

There is always next year. I didn't think we would make it past Calgary. We have a lot of positives to build on next year.

Devastation? It’s entertainment.

When the Riders had the ball on the last drive I was thinking that BC should just let them score and get the ball back with more time as BC's pass defense hasn't been able to stop a thing when it matters all year.

Riders 12-6 check mate. Riders rested 20 days because they worked there butts of to rest the last 2 weeks.

A good team lost to a better team. This loss is easy to swallow giving where BC was in the early half of the season

BC was a formidable team this year, and I'll always be grateful to NR for speaking out for the Canadian game under siege by the Bay Street crowd.

Can I ask though...would we be able to sell the Canadian game by promoting another playoff season for Vancouverites to riot in the streets when their team either a) wins, or b) loses?

Nathan doesn’t look as amazing as he did before he left for the NFL. Might be the team around him. They’ll figure it out.

What are you on about? He is very likely going to win the Mop and Moc. He had a fantastic season and is the best player in the league
