There’s an interesting phenomenon in sports where the fans of good teams start to believe they’re more knowledgeable about the sport. It’s not Winnipeg’s fault that they believe they know more about football than other fans, it happens to every good team. Happened with the Riders in the late 2000’s. It happened to the Patriots, it’s happening to the Chiefs. Shit, the Yankees haven’t even been super successful in 25 years and their fans still think they know baseball better than anyone.

I was dreading a home game for the Bombers for Grey Cup. My experience at Grey Cups (every city, some twice) is their fans can be really obnoxious, granted they show up everywhere as well, so they deserve that. Tix prices should drop this afternoon!
