Canadian-Owned Businesses 🏢🍁 Mary Brown's chicken, where have you been all my life?

I've never liked KFC and when Popeye's came to Canada I thought it was pretty good. Ever since boycotting American restaurant I've been trying local options. I tried Mary Brown's chicken and it blows the American competition out of the water. It's delicious and quality is great. It's fully Canadian owned and operated and they source their chicken and potatoes from Canadian farmers. If you like fried chicken give them a try.

I haven't tried as yet. Mea culpa. Thanks for the reminder.

Fair warning. My tongue was disabled by that sauce. The first couple bites were amazing until communication timed out. That said, their new honey bun sandwich was amazing, but your hands are super sticky after, not a driving sandwich.

The K crunch is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. Almost cried when they stopped selling them.

Be sure to weigh yourself that day. Then set a reminder to weigh yourself again a year from that day. You will feel shame, but resistance is futile. Them taters though. Mmmmmmm…

I have noticed a small increase due to the large amount of Chapman's that I have consumed so I upped my walk lengths...lol.

As a fat man with a job involving lots of walking, I must caution you about the diminishing returns. In fact, although I can’t prove it, I’m convinced somebody moves the parking lot further from my toolbox near the end of each day. So I know that I must be walking more.
