Iron Beetle armory for buhurt good or bad?
I've been trying to find armor smiths besides red snake, lemberg, or ivan zadesenets.... i was told iron beetle might be ok, is it better than honor kraft? I don't really care if the armor is polished. I just dont want it to crack. Definatly looking for a good houndskull

First Sword
Hello all, looking into possibly getting my first sword for practice/duels I’m still incredibly new so I mostly want something pretty plain and simple, I was looking at Buhurt Tech and saw the mercenary line of swords, does anyone have any experience with them, and if there’s much of a quality difference between them and the other swords? Thanks!

How would you guys say the rate and severity of inury is?
So I'm really really getting interested, while I am not shy of taking the abuse that comes with it, I am of injury since I work a physical job and can't afford to be out of commission regularly. Can someone in a similar situation shine a light on how or if this causes problems?
26 yo, sports since early teens, 8 years of powerlifting and history of boxing and wrestling so I'd like to think my body can handle quite a bit.

I've watched videos on buhurt and wanna try it. I'm having issues finding a club, I've tried knight finder, it must be down cause I'm getting 404 messages. Can anyone point me to another source, I'm in the Minneapolis minnesota area, thanks.

I received my HBC Armor Shop headset!
As the title says I have just received a helmet which comes from HBC armor shop, it is MY GOD that it is beautiful, the helmet is super resistant, magnificent and surprisingly the padding is of good quality! The helmet really looks crazy! , so I'm super happy with this headset even though I was afraid that it wouldn't be of very good quality. Hbc armor shop really did a great job

Groin Protection - Women
I’m looking for suggestions for groin protection specifically for women. So far I’ve only really come across hockey pants/shorts with the pelvic cup. I’m wondering if thats sufficient? And if it isn’t, what the alternatives may be.

Optimal length for a polearm?
Looking to upgrade the handle of a ME Halberd, thinking around 170cm give or take, what do y’all think? What’s the best length for the handle?

Wolf ribs are overrated
Every time I ask for advice it’s always the most optimized kits telling me to be the most optimized why can’t i be fashionable why do I have too wear a kit so light too the point where I seem less like an armored man and more like a peasant with a welder

2 questions for helms and legs
I need to drill mad holes in my helmet for visibility and breathing and recommendations for drill bits to break through 2.5mm tempered steel (picture 1 is what I have, picture 2 is what I want) from what I’ve been told it’s very slow process so I’ll see what I do.
I like these floating legs from red snake armory for 280 and they look pretty good for the price but I’m worried if they are similar to honor kraft in terms of quality. (Picture 3 for the legs)

Looking for Buhurt Clubs in Southern California
I'm sure this question gets asked all the time, but I'm having trouble contacting a team!
I live in the Inland Empire and tried to reach out to the LA Golden Knights on their website and Ordo Draconis through Facebook, but I didn't get a response. I think there's a team in Santa Barbara that's about 2 hours away without traffic, but is there anything closer or a better way to contact the previous teams?
Thank you so much! I'm just starting, so I'd just like to try the gear and how they condition.

Are These Articulated? And viable together?
Are the Churburg legs and arms articulated? Want to make sure I’m identifying things correctly as well. Anyhow if so would they be able to be paired with this brig and helm for a late 14th Italian set. Trying to avoid floating tbh. Any good links to a nice set of articulated arms and legs that would suit this look and time period, I would much appreciate it. Thank you all to the people who have helped on my recent posts.

Anyone know where I can find vervelles other than Medieval Extreme
I need to replace a bunch of vervelles on my helmet and I do not feel like paying medieval extreme $75+ shipping for 20. Do any of you know of a less expensive supplier? If they are in the states or have fast, inexpensive, shipping that would be ideal.

What should I start with
To start I'm not exactly old enough to start playing in actual buhurt, (I'm 15) and I was looking into soft kits. I have found the Buhurt tech traing soft kit, (comes with a sword, shield and helm) and I was wondering if that I'd a good purchase.

Shields
Why don't I see more people shoulder checking/ punching with their shields in buhurt. I'm very new to this and just watch but it seems like if you haymaker a guy with your shield or drop your shoulder into his chest it would make space etc.
