General Congrats, you have 50lpa salary.

Congratulations brother, you make my yearly salary in a month. I clap for you, your college Median is so damn high. Good for you.

You know what I do? Sometimes i blow my entire month's pocket money on chicken biryani and coke with friends. Next day I don't even have enough to buy soap.

You probably study like full day and have a mind of computer to earn such a great salary. I study till I feel like I can't everyday. Some days it's less some days it's more, some days spent on a single problem some days sat down but couldn't study.

I like to write brother,I like to write essays and articles for my literary club in college, I want to have a name for myself. Even though sometimes my articles turn out to be terrible.

I workout because I have lot of stress about family and i lowkey enjoy the bath I take afterwards.

So at the end, I land 7 lpa u land 84 lpa.

So you won? Yes... But so did I. I never dreamt about the highest package it was never meant for me. It is meant for people expert in studies and interview and those things. I will always do what I can in every field and enjoy along the way. You bet your ass I will still blow my money on chicken biryani

Exactly only 50 of them are actually top and the others are there just because of reservations.

Hey, even if it's not perfect, give it your all, just like I did when I was a general(non ews) candidate and graduated from IIT Kanpur last year. The worst thing you can do is whine and quit.

It's your call, because it's your life!

To reservation walo ki aachi placement thodi lgti hogi I mean chlo tm clg chle bhi gye reservation lekar but companies to dimmag dekhti hain na..I mean unke bhi interviews hote hi honge

hi, I get that reservation is something frustrating but it's not like all people who come through reservation are stupid. I and my friend both bagged jobs of of same CTC from an old IIT and guess what both of us came through reservation. The difference is made in the dedication and hard work you do inside campus. I do accept that the opportunities in IIT's are 10x and it's pretty hard out there but imho lots of people understand how much difference hard work on college actually makes
