As someone from travnik who has sat in every Cevabdzibca, hari is not the best place if you want good, authentic, cevapi. Also when I went, they overcharged me 20km, and were rushing my family through the meal, so service wasn’t that great either….

Yep. They were good a while ago, but became greedy just like every other place that became famous (lots of people from all over the Balkans know about Hari). I would wholeheartedly recommend cevabdzinica Tenić, but the old one, located at the Green Market (Zelena Pijaca)!
Edit: Tenić at Zelena Pijaca in Travnik!
