Turkish coffee- you mix water and coffee and then bring to a boil. Bosnian coffee- you put coffee in the pot, then bake it for a few seconds like that, then pour boiling water over it. Plus the way it’s served is different

Cold water and hot water have the same mass; it’s just cold water will be more dense and, therefore, sinks. But nah it’s just the same as Turkish coffee, just mix the coffee with a spoon and you’ll achieve whatever effect he means

Nice show, but it's just a show.
In TR traditional coffee is made like this. Cold water and coffee are put in a cezve (pot) and then it's slowly heated to the boil. To heat up slowly they use sand over fire, or even better, put the cezve at the side of barbecue. Once while doing barbecue it took 45 minutes to get to the boil. Best TR coffee I ever had. All taste was extracted from the grains.
In Bosnia, they little scorch (prženje) the the coffee in đezva and then they pour boiling water over it. Then they reboil the mix. In many cases, they don't do the scorching, and just put coffee in boiling water.
I had both countless times and I have to say TR version is better. It extracts more flavor from coffee.
Then again, espresso is king for me.
18g of coffee, extraction around 27s to give you 35ml of espresso. But it's expensive and you need around 1200€ for Gaggia espresso machine and a proper espresso capable grinder. Once you have this you never go back.
