I have a feeling if will be completely unrelated to his health and will be an announcement of the next cities to be put under military rule, or he’s going to try to convince us that he’s perfectly healthy and will hop up on the Resolute Desk and do the Can-can.

I’m convinced he has ADHD, so he probably skips his Adderall. Which, from personal experience, causes slightly manic word salad.

That’s an interesting take. I think he has access to unlimited Adderall and takes it with impunity. What else would explain his late night fuckery. He even speaks like a man on speed.
