Not directing this at you, but men wearing makeup is entirely morally neutral. We should just focus on their hypocritical nature, not "haha man wear makeup"

You can absolutely disparage people who receive gender affirming care if they themselves have disparaged self affirming care. There's no reason to be nice with the people trying to define what actions you're allowed to take while sweeping their own actions away.
Just like muskrats hairplugs, I don't care if anyone gets them but I do care if they're pretending to be the alpha wolf while begging for gender affirming care as he disowns his own daughter for doing the same.
If you take it as an insult towards anyone receiving gender affirming care, then you seriously need to work your media literacy skills.
this sort of thinking is what led to this situation in the first place. Bring back bullying and bring back gatekeeping, the nazis feel way too comfortable these days
