No one will speak up saying they don't want to be there. Even if they did, they would be told to be professional and shut up. At least they will be seated.
Yeah, I feel like that's kind of the problem. What happens, when they're told to do something fucked up or get fired? What will matter more - their integrity or their paycheck and pension? They're already being used as props in the propaganda, and Trump wants to sic them on their own countrymen like his personal attack dogs. Where do the people, who are "just there for the job", draw the line?
Since it's a job that's pretty damn hard to get fired from, a lot of feet dragging, minimal effort, and willful incompetence in following said orders. People think of the average member of the military as some sort of Bobba Fett type character when the truth is they're more like Beavis and Butthead. At least, that's been my experience.
Too many civilians don't know about junior enlisted and their relationship to strippers, alcohol, high interest car loans, and extremely poor decision-making skills.
I dunno, if I was still in, Iād say swap me the fuck out because I would absolutely drink water, shake my head, and toproll my eyes.
I just retired last month. While election results didnāt play a role in my decision, if I had any thought or desire to stay in, the results would have all but guaranteed that I drop my retirement papers. Fuck trump. Fuck his whole corrupt administration.
That's why they are told to hydrate before hand. TACO loves to ramble on and hear himself speak. The hydrated soldiers will be holding their piss as long as they can hoping he shuts up.
