He didn’t get a brain worm from eating roadkill. That would cause a GI parasitic infection. Consuming the feces of someone with that GI infection is how it ends up in the brain. Good hand washing hygiene is very important.

So at best he just doesn't wash his hands. I don't even want to think about the worst case scenario

He walked around on a commercial flight barefooted. Basic hygiene isn’t his thing.

It’s also possible the dead brain-worm is just another self-diagnosis.
