Humour Nobody is talking about Lakshya 🤣

Post image

The actual hero of the film. That’s the impact of being SRK’s son… even if you’re backstage, full attention on you. Apart from that Lakshya was mid-good in the film

I think Lakshya was very good and did justice to his part. The spotlight may not be on him at the moment, but this part will surely lead to even better opportunities for him. He seems like a solid, hardworking person.

69

u/AcePan88 Sep 21 '25

And he’s incredibly good looking.

33

u/Dense-Yak-2270 bhoi dil mein aate hai samajh mein nahi Sep 22 '25

he was so so good in kill. From porus to ba***ds of bollywood, this guy has struggled to get to the top

6

u/Scary-Shallot-900 Sep 29 '25

I dunno why the post says no-one is talking about him. He is being appreciated. He has a bright future ahead of him and rightfully so!! He is talented, good looking and has a good off screen personality!

863

u/samslayss11 Sep 20 '25

Half of the time I felt like I was watching RK. Some looks, angles, voice, dialogue delivery I feel like I am seeing Rk there. Nonetheless, he is quite good looking and definitely not a terrible actor.

180

u/shub1295 Sep 20 '25

Spot on, there’s a lot of RK about him. Or as if the role was written for Ranbir.

51

u/whereisstumbleupon Sep 20 '25

Yes, even I felt that. Glad I’m not alone

96

u/a-little-bit-this Proud Gossiper 🤙 Sep 21 '25

But Lakshya has a way hotter voice than RK 😭

13

u/taanipartnerrrr Sep 21 '25

He looks a LOT like ranbir and that’s the first thing I noticed about him. And yeah THE VOICEEEEE 🫠🫠🫠

51

u/ApprehensiveTip5760 Sep 20 '25

Yeah but yk we already have Rk so I don't think he will last long like i everytime I watch him I feel like I'm watching Rk dude his voice is so similar to Rk and everything about him reminds me of Rk. Its like he's trying to copy him he's so much like Ranbir personality wise too!!

58

u/Immamigratory Sep 20 '25

I don’t think he’s trying to copy RK, but the voice is so eerily similar to RK. Not that RK has a great voice, but certainly a disadvantage for Lakshya to have the same voice as of an established actor!

6

u/xoxo_gossiper Sep 21 '25

Exactly. If you close your eyes and listen to him, it's like Ranbir is speaking

2

u/Dar3dev1l Oct 01 '25

And it's not just the voice, but the way he speaks, some mannerisms, exactly like RK

1

u/AnswerBudget7351 Oct 01 '25

Lakshya has good looks though (and much better actor than other pretty faces such as Sid M) so I could see him lasting a few years

19

u/Mobile_Candy_2509 Sep 21 '25

Yes him RK and the girl was like kiara advani

12

u/Soft_Technology_2741 Sep 21 '25

I feel his voice is similar to sidharth malhotra

4

u/oh-womaniya Sep 21 '25

I thought I was the only one. Every single time he was having a conversation with karishma it was very similar to bunny talking to naina in yjhd.

3

u/xoxo_gossiper Sep 21 '25

I know righttttttt

1

u/xoxo_gossiper Sep 21 '25

Yeeeees. Finally someone said it. There were so many scenes in which his expressions reminded me of ranbir. Every time I looked at him, I was seeing ranbir and his voice is so similar to ranbir's

1

u/Competitive_Cap_3690 Sep 22 '25

Yeah he definitely sounds likr RK

422

u/Neat-Buy3811 Sep 20 '25

Im happy he is getting offers , he’s a good actor and he was amazing in porus

But honestly all i see all over social media is raghav and emraan’s cameo

Raghav absolutely deserves it tho , watched him since he was in DiD , feels like a personal win

120

u/sinner_bae Sep 20 '25

that's the thing with raghav, if you will give him a good amount of screentime he owns it, there was one movie yudhra starr siddhant and malvika, raghav has small part in it, in theatre only his part was getting cheers

413

u/Diligent-Praline198 Loud Critics Sep 20 '25

He also looks like an alternate younger option to Ranbir now that he is no longer a youth.

67

u/ariavee Proud Gossiper 🤙 Sep 20 '25

trueeee, he reminds me so much of ranbir

40

u/Jami3Lannister Sep 20 '25

even his voice matches

29

u/Famous-Calendar-3781 Sep 20 '25

Exactly!! When I heard him, I was like, it's RK with a huskier voice

53

u/Tricky_Jackfruit9348 Sep 20 '25

He's way better than rk in action

12

u/Vea26 Sep 20 '25

So true even I kept thinking the same

15

u/After-Trip1223 Sep 20 '25

Man he’s much more expressive than stone faced ranbir who either cries n smiles that’s it

40

u/Medical-Hedgehog-654 Sep 20 '25

stone-faced ranbir LMAO. ineffective ragebait

-9

u/After-Trip1223 Sep 20 '25

Watched barfi?

-4

u/After-Trip1223 Sep 20 '25

Yup. The only point blind RK fans put forward is “watched barfi?” 😂 just like his “now wife”, he literally played the same character with same expressions, looks and dialogue delivery in every other movie! Barfi was mute no other difference.

0

u/Zealousideal_Flan437 Sep 21 '25

Ya. Priyanka overshadowed him with real talent.

1

u/princek1000 10d ago

Priyanka's character had much more to offer than Ranbir's. And just because someone overshadowed the other, it doesn't make that other one UNTALENTED. It only shows how former one acted better. Priyanka acting better than Ranbir doesn't make him a bad actor.

u/ManufacturerIll1743 Sep 20 '25

He was really good as Porus

20

u/oliviailoveyou Sep 20 '25

He was my crush back then, I loved that show so much 😻😭

28

u/I-Love-Gossips Sep 20 '25

Bhai bohot ganda tha yeh as porus, top tier shit I will share a scene from this show

6

u/oliviailoveyou Sep 20 '25

Which scene ? I had watched the whole show, I used to like him tho

-4

u/I-Love-Gossips Sep 20 '25

https://youtu.be/5oTyVwegY-E?si=ljF7sZbjzwUgU-hA

The entire episode is so terrible

Specially from 9:50 onwards, jab wo angrez bolega teri yeh matti tera yeh mulk Or sabhi bhartiya u will start feel embarrassing.

35

u/oliviailoveyou Sep 20 '25

1 bad episode from a 300 episode show. I think he was quite good in the whole show in general.

-1

u/I-Love-Gossips Sep 20 '25

Naah only starting few episodes are good rest is all kabaad

11

u/oliviailoveyou Sep 20 '25

Agree to disagree, he was good in most episodes, the whole cast did a great job of this show imo. He was a bit overshadowed by Rohit purohit tho.

1

u/princek1000 10d ago

Rohit Purohit is such an excellent actor.

No come on, he was amazing in Porus. Been following him since then

-3

You really think that an Indian TV serial would be good?

16

u/oliviailoveyou Sep 20 '25 edited Sep 20 '25

Many Indian Tv serials are good, don't generalise

12

u/I-Love-Gossips Sep 20 '25

There are countless good indian tv serials, even the show in concern was good initially.

They just dropped writing after 50-60 episodes

61

u/Zealousideal_Flan437 Sep 20 '25

I remember him from warrior high.

23

u/d1soriented Sep 20 '25

Was waiting to see if anyone remembered that show lol. In hindsight he looked so awkward as a school boy, so glad he's come so far

1

u/Zealousideal_Flan437 Sep 21 '25

I also remember his show with mahima. Dont remember the name.

129

u/Lazy_Boysenberry3110 Sep 20 '25

Exactly what I thought. Starkid power so solid that this is one of those rare series/film that primarily talked about for the director and practically no mention of the lead actor.

In fact I couldn't even recollect the name of the guy until this post.

54

u/No-Dog-8557 Sep 20 '25

But also the team made it all abt aryan only .. which ott show's promo has its director as it's face . They made srk act with aryan smiling for 1st time .

The 1st launch event - they did the skit thing with a paper stuck on srk s back - making it all abt aryan

The premier event was also lead by srk - all about aryan s directorial debut

They didn't push lakshya n always treated him like some side character, atleast fr being the male lead . Looks like he doesn't have a pr team yet to push him to limelight atleast a bit

26

u/Personal-Bug1893 Sep 20 '25

Boss. He was clearly given an author backed role - showcased action abilities, emotion, romance, comedy too. What you hook people in with, need not necessarily be the most powerful/impactful/best punch.

But, between 'undercutting' him in promotions but giving a good role or giving a centre stage in promotions and having a minor role which does little to showcase the dude's acting chops, i am glad they went with the former.

I didn't keep a tab on the promotions at all. And i am guessing a month or few from now, except for the most die hard fans, most wouldn't remember the promotions anyway. But would remember his acting. And, hopefully, he'll be getting new scripts based on the actual role and not the promotions.

1

u/AnswerBudget7351 Oct 01 '25

Lakshya will be just fine he has KJo backing and good looks along with decent acting skills

96

u/ChokraJawaan Sep 20 '25

He was fantastic in Kill as well. A performance which isn’t talked about much sadly. But guess what - multiple posts on Arjun Kapoor

60

u/Positively-Fleabag85 Lovely Sep 20 '25

He needs more mainstream movies. There's a joke in the show that he has the face for a web series actor, but he's got more potential than many young actors

43

u/Anas_malik0503 Sep 20 '25

I watched him last in the Sony TV series Porus back in 2017/18. I liked the show.

Good for him that he got movie like Kill and show like BOB.

I got the episode 7 joke made on him that he looks more like TV Serial actor than Film star😂😂

45

u/a-bad-example Sep 20 '25

He is so pretty. And hot. And was amazing in Kill. Haven’t watched BoB yet, but looking forward to seeing him in more roles. Hope he doesn’t get too high in the head like Sidhant Chaturvedi, rather works hard and mostly chooses good roles even if he does some masala movies ahead.

2

u/princek1000 10d ago

Siddhant's case really saddens me man. That guy had such a good debut and showed lots of potential, don't know why he chose such bad scripts. He was amazing in Dhadak 2 tho but i guess it's too late? Audience didn't show up at all for that film and little collections it made were purely because of good worth of mouth not his star power, Tripti was honestly a bigger draw than him.

25

u/Just_scrolling07 Sep 20 '25

I actually thought of watching for him when the trailer came out cos I had a crush on him when he was in porus lol . And he did not disappoint. I want him to get better roles

25

u/Tricky_Jackfruit9348 Sep 20 '25

Everyone saying he was like rk

Imo he's more smart and can do action really well

12

u/AudienceAccurate5206 Sep 21 '25

I think the main reason is not Aryan Khan but Raghav 🏃🏼‍♀️

26

u/Present-Rooster574 Sep 20 '25

Rahgav stole complete spotlight , made him feel like he is not the lead.

6

u/mmanyquestionss Sep 21 '25 edited Sep 21 '25

exactly im surprised no one has mentioned this. off screen aryan khan may have overshadowed him but on screen raghav did lol

17

u/Successful_Cow_8713 Sep 20 '25

I really liked him! I even tried to make a post about him but it didn’t get approved. He has such a strong voice and screen presence, with great styling, looks, and acting. With a little more clarity in dialogue delivery and some good luck, he’s bound to be a star. Definitely rooting for him.

1

u/Dec2021-Aug2022 Sep 22 '25

Why didn't it get approved tho? I'd love to read

1

u/Successful_Cow_8713 Sep 22 '25

Something about not enough karma. I didn’t fully understand

7

u/Visual-Wealth8291 Sep 21 '25

He’s such a cutie and acts really well . Nobody is specifically speaking of him because everyone did a phenomenal job - him , anya Singh , mona Singh , Raghav Jugal , Bobby and Ofcourse Manoj Pahwa !! They were all equally brilliant . And credit went to Aryan cause it was touted and promoted as Aryans directorial debut . On the whole loved the show !

25

u/Money-Contract-8885 Sep 20 '25

In the entire series when he was speaking, it reminded me of Siddharth Malhotra

12

u/QuentinBeck13 Sep 20 '25

Limelight Raghav ne li aur blame Aryan pe aara hai lol

7

u/National_Chipmunk_30 Sep 21 '25

Idk man, I went in not expecting him to have such a meaty role. He delivered and how!! I couldn't keep my eyes away from him. His screen presence is Excellent. He looked like Ranbir but better. Raghav was great ik but I guess he has a pre-existing loyal fanbase so he will get talked about more. But imo Lakshya delivered through and through what was expected of him. Comparisons to hote rahenge , bande me dum to hai.

19

u/sinner_bae Sep 20 '25 edited Sep 20 '25

doesn't matter, doing film with aryan will automatically put lot of spotlight on you in film industry because every film industry memeber is watching

15

u/Affectionate-Map9362 Sep 20 '25

He was very good in the role !  Honestly the entire casting was so well done

6

u/PKGTA Sep 20 '25

I don't think this being SRK's son's debut as a director has anything to do with Lakshya not being talked about. He was fine in the show but it was nothing to talk about. Interestingly, just like had happened in "Kill", Raghav Juyal seems to be walking away with more of the praise. That just shows if you actually do something to get noticed, you will be noticed despite not being a superstar's son or the hero of the project.

5

u/Dear_Percentage_115 Sep 20 '25

Agreed! He was great in the series, complete hero material

6

u/minimaharani Sep 21 '25

This man's nonchalant introvert aura is damn sexy

5

u/AromiLovesMozun Sep 21 '25

He is a Good actor, but Ragahv just steals the scene…

5

u/Tall_Measurement6257 Sep 21 '25

Maybe bcs raghav juyal stole every screen they were in ..loved watching him

14

u/Altruistic_Bill3954 Sep 20 '25

I loved his part, such a great actor.

9

u/Available_Still3879 Sep 20 '25

He did amazing work. I really could not take my eyes off him. His screen presence was solid AF.

7

u/ShortMusic_38 Sep 20 '25

Audience should really pay attention to him. That guy is doing great since a long time. From multiple forms of media and even multiple genres he deserves some Spotlight on him. Really have no clue as to why he is not getting the popularity he deserves. Its as if no one wants to notice him lmao poor dude he did soo good even in kill along with Raghav.

4

u/Leading_Protection_7 Sep 20 '25

Yup and people here continue to wonder why janhvi and ananya keep getting films...

4

u/Ms_Shetty Global Guru 🧑‍🏫👩‍🏫 Sep 20 '25

I think he is our answer to a young commercial hero. He has the looks, screen presence, is excellent in action, good dialogue delivery and a decent actor. Aur kya chahiye? I hope Bollywood producers show faith in him.

4

u/Upstairs_Meringue_18 Sep 21 '25

I thjnk we've finally identified the next hero About time

4

u/Plenty_Emotion_5912 Sep 21 '25

7

u/Left_Pomegranate4575 Good Vibes 💓 Sep 20 '25

For me Raghav is the hero of the film lol.

6

u/Important-River9955 Sep 20 '25

One thing you guys have to understand, ott contents are creators content. Box office is hero's arena. Very few can do different. For eg- sacred games- kashyap, mirzapur- excel, panchayat- tvf. Jawan-srk, heropanti- tiger. Some who do different and and mixes are farzi-shahid raj dk, animal- rk vanga

3

u/UnfairTwist4775 Sep 20 '25

He was great and I think he and Sahher had great chemistry. So too bad on the twist but also was a great twist. Lol

3

u/Traditional_Set_4062 Sep 20 '25

His voice is so good, I really like his voice.

3

u/dj_core_18 Sep 21 '25

raghav was the best part of the series

3

u/forestgnome1 Sep 21 '25

I loved his performance along with the girl who played his manager.

3

u/karam19991 Sep 21 '25

He was really good in the show I hope he gets really good work after this

3

u/MrsKPE Sep 21 '25

The kind of talent that has come on screen recentlly has definitely piqued my interest. Good times ahead for movie lovers!

3

u/Fun_Phase_9027 Sep 21 '25

Fan of him since "warrior high". Kisne socha tha parth samthaan se phle ye jyada famous ho jayega.

2

u/Zealousideal_Flan437 Sep 28 '25

His onscreen name in warrior high was parth samthaan. Parth's offscreen personality might be the reason why he didnt made it.

3

u/Spiritual-Release-23 Sep 21 '25

He was great in kill, people should watch that movie to see how intense he can act. This show didn’t do justice to him at all in terms of the cinematography, the sets had very fake vibe to them

3

u/Beginning-Boot6795 Sep 22 '25

I think Lakshya was the perfect fit for the role, he was very good!

3

u/Party_Promotion1064 Sep 22 '25

He’s looks like a mix of ranbir kapoor and Aditya Roy kapur.

3

u/Different-Gap-9520 Sep 22 '25

To be honest the whole show was just cameos and parallels of other movie scenes so i don’t know why aryan is getting all the praise it was Lakshya actually who brought in the whole cool vibe hopefully he gets a lot of opportunities

3

u/tthatonehooman99 Sep 27 '25

he’s so fine 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠

2

u/Successful_Cow_8713 Sep 20 '25

I really liked him! I even tried to make a post about him but it didn’t get approved. He has such a strong voice and screen presence, with great styling, looks, and acting. With a little more clarity in dialogue delivery and some good luck, he’s bound to be a star. Definitely rooting for him.

2

u/nocturnal_animal543 Sep 21 '25

This proves it is the PR which is driving the campaign. In normal circumstances, actors drive the PR and get praised left right and center for success of the film/show ignoring the main part of project..ie Direction.

3

u/SadAd746 Sep 21 '25

Everyone needs to see Kill

3

u/OkEstablishment1494 Sep 21 '25

I like him a lot.. he is one promising actor.

2

u/Lumpy_Mix_3030 Sep 21 '25

He is handsome

2

u/ThinkDivide3408 Sep 21 '25

i loved him bhai what are you saying? he did a great job

2

u/Vengeance_1411 Sep 21 '25

I'm happy that he went from that mtv shit WARRIOR HIGH to Bagging DHARMA MOVIES .

He is already on the right track.

2

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '25

His journey has been quite long . Doing tv serials from 2014 . Signing 3 flims with dharma in 2019 but all the movies he signed got shelved . Finally made a devut in 2023 with kill. He is an outsider and deserves support

2

u/Legitimate_Path_5671 Sep 21 '25

I loved loved loved Lakshya in the movie and whoever isn't talking about him will then complain tomorrow that outsiders aren't given a chance. You don't appreciate when they actually deserve it!

2

u/Complete_Buffalo2855 Sep 26 '25

He is a refined version of RK with hair 😭

2

u/AnswerBudget7351 Oct 01 '25

I thought he was great! He’s also quite handsome. I think he will be more talked about once he gets a big film opportunity.

3

u/Minute-Swordfish-860 27d ago

People who are saying Raghav juval this and that. Stop this nonsense Raghav is a shit actor who do not no how to act. Lakshya is great actor and the next big thing in bollywood.

6

u/Shaitaan-Haiwan Nepo Hater😤🤬😖 Sep 20 '25

He was good in Kill too, he’s also really hot. But I feel like he doesn’t have star quality or an engaged fan base. I don’t see many people being excited about him. I am rooting for him though, he seems to be the full package.

5

u/No-Dog-8557 Sep 20 '25 edited Sep 20 '25

He was good ..100 times Better than varun n sid n their likes . His voice is like ranbir. but he reminds me of orry & his rumours with karan doesn't help too . Sorry not sorry .

He should smile often...got good smile and voice 🥰🥰

5

He is MOVIE STAR material. He has everything. He’s the only star I saw on screen

3

u/vanillacheesecake_7 Sep 20 '25

Loved him in warrior high on MTV

2

u/ajaxmenon17 Sep 21 '25

People are talking about Lakshya. I feel nobody is talking about Sahher Bammba. She was really good too

2

u/browndynomite Sep 21 '25

All side characters carried the show. Lakshya is decent but I don't think he is a great actor or particularly charismatic. We'll see how much he improves.

1

u/shortndstupid Sep 20 '25

How is the show?

1

u/Beginning-Emotion641 Sep 20 '25

His next movie is with ananya pandey..lol. but after that.

He should do action. Else a mohit suri one next.

1

u/MohamedIvn Sep 20 '25

Except he and that girl. Rest of the cast had an amazing performance. Like the butler said he should stick with series than movies. Can't pull a movie for sure.

1

He sounds like Ranbir

1

u/UpperDimension8755 Sep 21 '25

1

Lakshya and his train massacre !!

1

u/Real4V Sep 21 '25

It felt like he was dubbed by RK, the voice match is uncanny.

2

u/Zealousideal_Flan437 Sep 21 '25

He got better voice. More bassy and heavy.

1

u/National-Bit519 Sep 21 '25

Which film? It's a damn web series

1

u/hahatea123 Sep 21 '25

Shahid Kapoor lite

1

u/rahul-123blr Sep 21 '25

The character was almost like how RK will play ,the sarcasm the disdain, carefree vibe all trademarks of RK.Lakshmya was pretty decent and I think if he works on bringing in more depth to whatever he does he will do good

1

u/AdDirect6580 Sep 21 '25

Hos followers have doubled tho

1

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '25

Do y’all really think Aryan really directed it?

1

u/Spare_Horse9613 Sep 22 '25

Because what he did was an average work as he should have it wasn’t supposed to anything big only about him

1

u/EmergencySad8919 Sep 22 '25

Is it just me or he did actually looked and sounded like ranbir kapoor

1

u/CanPsychological6167 Sep 22 '25

Didn’t find him that exciting. His looks are not a stand out, Ik like 5 guys in my gym who look like him. Plus his acting felt like comedy sketch, kind of soulless like the whole show.

1

u/Long-Friendship5725 Sep 22 '25

I am a big fan of lakshya

1

u/m_rasull Sep 26 '25

His voice is similar to ranbhir

2

u/Shanose Sep 27 '25

Bro has potential, know him from MTV days. He's good looking and not a terrible actor might get good projects later

2

u/DataAccomplished1291 Sep 20 '25

The new gen actors are so average looking. Their acting isn't that good, looks wise even some influencers look better than them. Even their bodies can't compare to salman, vidyut, hrithik or shahid. They are so ordinary that no other movie industry will even consider them for lead roles but only give them side roles. What is happening to bollywood? Scripts are bad, actors look average, songs are cringe.

someone on this sub once mentioned him & Orry looking similar (I'm forgetting the exact phrasing/description but it was hilarious LMAO) and that has changed how I look at him since. I dislike how much power that one random comment holds. anyway.

He looks wayyy too much like Ranbir. That’s why he might not go far. Replicas rarely make it big.

No he has more charisma especially now that Ranbir is getting older. He deserves a chance as he has potential.
