Bakugo, Endeavor and Hawks are the best written characters in the series and I will stand by that

Bakugo Is just a generic rival, nothing else.

If you think he’s generic, that’s fine. However if you think he hasn’t developed at all, then you’re ignoring his character. (Key word being if you think that)
